What Moves The New Kia Carnival For Sale

  • The new Kia Carnival is powered by the Kia 3.5-liter GDI V6 engine matched to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Naturally-aspirated, it is a gasoline-fed direct-injected V6 engine. It makes a best-in-class 290 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. The Carnival has a max-towing capability of up to 3,500 pounds.
  • Riding on the same platform as the sporty Kia K5 and the new Sorento, the new Carnival features an expanded use of hot-stamped parts for extra tensile strength and chassis rigidity. Designers have also increased the use of sound-absorption materials to minimize wind, road and engine noise. It results in better driving dynamics, lighter vehicle weight and reduced Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) in this new vehicle.
  • And just to prove all that's new is not under the skin of the Kia Carnival, there is new aerodynamic tuning going on to smooth the front wheel and mirror airflow for improved fuel economy and reduced turbulence around the front end.
